Renewed Earth’s extensive and intensive green roof media are versatile, functional and performance based. Each component has been submitted for comprehensive physical and chemical properties laboratory analysis. Each analysis includes pH, salinity, bulk density, moisture content, cation exchange capacity, organic content, particle sizing, half saturation percent, C:N ratio, complete macro– and macronutrient acid extraction, bulk density, water holding capacity, volume percent airspace and readily available water. A proprietary computer model is employed to verify characteristics of the media composite.
